The Services offered by WMFDP produce lasting impact by shifting the way individuals think about themselves as cultural contributors. This means that through our approach, individuals are introduced to insights and processes which allow them to better understand their own cultural perspective as well as the perspectives of others. This begins with a deep dive into the conceptual framework that drive assumptions, behaviors, and collective dialogue. Through the WMFDP process, participants gain powerful tools and awareness that has been proven to enhance leadership and personal effectiveness.
